Indeed, you pray for the great gift of God’s Love. That prayer is answered with each longing. Each time you put forth that desire to receive the great gift, it is given and the law is invoked. I am Josephus. I come not to speak of what God can give to you but what you can give to yourselves, for many of you have experienced something transformational in your collective prayers together. Yet, many of you do not recognise this as something substantial or palpable in your life. I say this is so because you are not able to give to yourself the luxury, the time, the contemplation, the openness of your consciousness to that which God has given to you.
I do not say this in a critical way. I merely state the obvious, that those of you who live upon the Earthly plane, such time, such effort is a great luxury. A luxury that many of you are reluctant to take to give to yourself this gift of awareness. Rather, you contemplate messages given such as this. You do pray, indeed. Many of you very fervently and very often. Yet, many of you are stuck within that place that is not of mind and not of soul. It is somewhere where you are comfortable, where you have control of your consciousness and your experiences, where you meet the expectations of your mind but barely of the desires of your soul.
I come to you to encourage you to move ever closer toward that place of soul. The question is, how might you do this? How might you overcome the barriers and conditions that are present with each one of you, something that has come from the very moment you are incarnated into this world, something that is steadfast within your consciousness, a sense of reality that is in fact not real. It is the concoctions of your mind that have been formulated by many outside individuals and your own way and means of putting together the information in such a way that you believe that this is real.
True reality exists within your soul, my friends. What comes from your mind is an interpretation of stimuli from the five senses and mindful considerations of which I speak. Beyond that is an intuitive sense of feelings and some senses and perceptions that come from the spirit. Thus, these two, in combination, many believe are the penultimate effects of your efforts spiritually. Yet, they are not so close as to say that you have accomplished a great deal in your spiritual experiences. Rather, many have discounted the experiences of the soul in favor of these experiences of the spirit and mind in combination. These things are easily obtained with meditations and contemplations in prayer.
I am not suggesting that your soul is inactive and does not experience many things, for it does. It is indeed awakening to the great gift and touch of God’s Love. There is a barrier, or, shall I say, a gap, between the consciousness of the soul and that which you are used to and experience on a daily basis. Therefore, you find it frustrating and very challenging to get beyond that place. How might you do this? I suggest that you release all expectations, that you do not consider the flutterings of the spirit mind, feeling and knowing that which is of that place, that part of you that is your spirit body encased by the flesh. Rather, as has been said often, go to God in innocence. Expect nothing but to be open to God’s Touch, to be aware of His Presence and His Love for you. When that true focus, that innocent longing is a part of your prayer, then the door opens to God. In this opening door, floods in the light and love, the peace, the glory and the healing that God has to give to you.
Rather than being content with what has happened for you in the past and present, long for the deepest and highest touch upon your soul, that you may be consciously aware of this gift given. Many of you have had experiences such as what I have described. These are not consistent, for the ways of the world conspire to hold you from these things. I say to you, beloved souls, you must fight the battle of consciousness. Who is to dominate? What is to dominate? Are you willing to release all desire to control, manipulate and feed the material and come to God with innocence, joy and love? For when you do this with each session of prayer, then you reinforce the path toward it. You come to experience it more fully and more consistently.
This is God’s wish for you. This is our wish for you. For we come and pray with you, beloved friends, in order to help reinforce this path to God, to help you come to understand more fully the meaning of the Divine Path. The path toward at-onement with your Creator. We do so with great love and affection, honouring you, honouring your free will. Yet, we do not withdraw but continue to be consistent in our ministrations. Indeed, God’s Holy Spirit, which is invoked by your prayers, continues to feed your soul with the great Elixir of God’s Soul for each of you. This is well demonstrated in your gathering. You desire the effects, the feelings, the knowings, the palpable Touch of God upon you. You walk in faith, my friends. Each of you walks in faith. If you did not, you would not be here. You desire these things. You desire the full and powerful touch of God upon you.
God desires that you would know this, feel it and experience this gift. It is not beyond your reach, my friends. It is only held back by the mindful ideas, expectations and imaginings of what this experience is. Let this go, beloved souls. Let go of the restrictions of your minds. Let go of the distractions of your spirit. Come to God in all purity and light. You will find joy beyond joy, truth beyond truth, love beyond love. We await this. God awaits this. Yet, it is so close, so very close for each of you. If you could but be innocent. Come to God in all humility, grace and love and be touched deeply by His Holy Spirit upon you. It is yours, beloveds. It is yours.
May you truly know this blessing. I am your friend Joesphus. My love for you is great. I know your longings and your struggles. I know the difficulties of this Earthly plane. Yet, you persist. You are strong. You continue in your prayers. The deep and conscious Touch of God will be yours, beloved friends. It will be yours for eternity. God bless you. My love is with you. God bless you.
