Greetings and blessings to you, my friends. I am Yogananda. Love is the most powerful instrument for change in the universe. Whether that be the natural love that you carry and you were born with, this can bring great change into your life and into the world. Yet, as you know, the greatest agent for change is God’s Love, Divine Love. When you bring it into yourself through prayer, you automatically become an instrument of change, for that Love will change you, that Love will bring change through you and that Light that is God’s Love will affect everything around you.
Indeed, many of you think of the world that is in chaos and in great need of change. Indeed, it is in great need, and you wonder, “How might I affect change in this world, so chaotic?”. I say to you, my friends, when you are a light in the world, everywhere you go you are affecting the conditions, the energies of the world. You are an agent of change. It may be subtle. It may not be evident in the minds of those around you, but it is a force to be reckoned with. It is a force that will carry humanity from this dreadful condition, this lack of love, to a place of love.
I taught love when I was on Earth, for I realised the power that it brings. I continue to do so. Now, I am an inhabitant of the Celestial Spheres. Indeed, each of you will be a witness, an expression, an example of how love may change you, awaken you and uplift you. There is so much that can be done when one applies the levers of love to the momentum of change in the world. You are and will become an agent for the Creator of all, for God’s instruments of change are all about love, all about forgiving those who are in conditions of darkness, who bring chaos and who bring pain not only into their lives but in other lives. When you have compassion for that soul, when you truly understand how they got to that place of darkness, and you realise that there are so many who are in many ways victims of this dark condition of the world, then compassion wells up in your heart. You realise you are not one of those victims. You are not one of those purveyors of darkness, rather you are a purveyor of light. My friends, when you seek out light, when you seek out love to be expressed, then indeed you become an instrument to bring good change to the world, beautiful results that can bring harmony and peace to the world.
Do not give up your fight, my beloved friends, the fight for light, the fight for love, for it is almost that extreme. You must really press hard. You must really work hard and be engaged fully in the pursuit of light and love, for without your efforts and your dedications, how can there be light in your life? It does not come automatically. It comes through effort, through your dedications, your prayers, your faith and your beautiful intentions. All of these things are a reflection of your soul’s longing, wisdom and desires. Be attuned to this. As you attune to this, attune yourself to God, the Creator of all, thereby making a portal of blessings to your own soul. At times, through your soul to others, a conduit of light, an instrument of love and light in the world. It is simple, my friends, but it requires your focus, your dedications, your faith, your knowledge of the truth and applying it in this way. I ask you, beloved friends, purveyors of light, continue on your journey, your efforts, your desire to serve humanity and to bring light to the world, for this is the highest calling. It shall be rewarded and blessed as you continue on to serve God and serve humanity in this way.
