There is one here who is called Raphael, who is not a Celestial angel, but who George has confirmed is a very high spirit and very close to God. He wishes us to know of blessings that are being bestowed and distributed to each one upon the Earth that will enhance the life going forward of each one in a more dramatic way, such that God is touching each soul, that it will recognise that it has been touched by the Most High. This will, in turn, impact the course of this earthly life, to be more loving and considerate of those around them. This is a truth that they have been blessed with, each soul upon the Earth.
